I think EROM CID does not matter much. It is EROM version that matter. Do you still remember whether your EROM is R3A011 or R3A016?
Anyway your best option right now is to return it to SE authorised service centre as third party CID51 loader does not exist yet!

i live in montreal, and the neerest service center to me is in another city, somewhere in toronto or something, just got of the phone with sony, they told me that it'll take from 45 to 60 days to fix! so i dont know about sending it to SESC right now, so theres no other solution? do u know how long it'd take for a new loader to come out? thanx

Well I am sorry about that. You can try to ask directly to wotanserver, kulankendi or davinci team about that. Maybe SEtool3 can help but it is very expensive and you need service cable as well (not the DCU-60 that came with your phone). In my country there is a lot of phone service centre (not connected with brand). They ussually have SEtool and service cable so you may try something like that (if available in canada) if you really need the fix asap.

The IR-Near red light indicates low battery level... so.. plug in charger... and you got a New K800!!!

Best Regards.!

I had the exact same symptoms. Wotans client updated the EROM. Didn't need to purchase a credit.

Well davinci team at www.seuniverse.com sold that. Also http://www.setool.net but setool is very expensive and more aimed at professional that make a living for that (can cost $100+ just to buy the standalone flasher). I am not sure they already support EROM CID51 so you MUST ASK THEM FIRST.
I am quite sure that kulan, wotan etc. will have support for EROM CID51 with DCU-60 within few weeks. but if you can't wait that long then maybe it is better to go to chinatown and ask a phone shop there if anyone can fix it (fix it in front of you while you are waiting).
