There is a part of my w850 where I can enter tarif details. I'm assuming this is used for monitoring how many of my minutes / texts I am using.
Whenever I go to set this up it asks me for my PIN2 number. I don't know what this PIN number is and I cannot find it in the book. Should I call o2 or is there a default one in the phone?

Pin2 is for your simcard and has nothing to do with your phone, so you can't find it in the booklet.
You can call your provider, but here in the Netherlands, they don't like to give it, don't know how that's in the UK.
There are some default codes, UK users will know them.

here in australian, our optus network has an option for pin2 ...which is ...umm unless..... i think its for monitoring call timer or some credit shit
