Hi,
I am using an o2 w850i and for some reason I cannot enable push email. The option is greyed out and when I select it I'm told that it isn't supported.
Does this mean that o2 doesn't support it or that my mail server doesn't support it?

You need to setup the phone with an IMAP account. When you send & recv for the first time (as long as you have mail) the phone tells you that the server supports Push email and asks if you want to switch it on.
It is on now and keeps polling for mail. If I send a mail my phone plays the new message tone within minutes.
The phone seems to be online pretty much all the time now (the globe is in the top left corner of the screen all the time) to poll for email, similar to a BB I assume. Is this costing me? (my tariff only includes 1mb per month, it's 3mb after that)
I left it on all night and checked the data counter and it hasn't moved. I wondered wether push email checking doesn't get included in this counter?
If someone could help me I would be very greatful.
