Is there someone here how knows how to change the "screentap" sound on the phone? Maby in a theme or something

I just want to know how you know that? I saw in a theme, i think it was the UIQAzure. That in the theme.xml file he has added a systemsound there with another screentap sound. The theme is on this site:

the only options when adjusting the screen taps are to have click, tone or sillent, whereas for other sounds you can actually find a sound file such as mp3 or wav. now if you seen this theme why donlt you load it and tell us if the screen tap can be changed and can be built into a theme? and even so, it is kind of cumbersome to update the theme on the PC then reload it...
