Hi i bought a sony w810i last june and its been sent back 3 times and its still not fixed i bought it from amazon.co.uk i have already tried flashing the firmware and it has all the latest software on it according to sony site but the problem is i cannot make or receive calls i can get texts and can access all my photos and videos etc but alas no callls can be made or received anyone had similar problems and anyone have any ideas suggestions what is wrong thx

Shut the phone off, take batt. and SIM out. Clean all contacts. Restart, back up your files, then do master reset. Then call CS on a land line. Have CS rep call/you call him from mobile and have them trace call to see what happens to it. Also try your friends SIM.
