Hi alll
Just thought you might like to hear a good one. I finally got round to moving over to the 02 B2B for my phones (have 4 phones on business account) and 02 agreed free phones - 2 p990's and a couple for cheapies for the luddites. After a week no phones arrived so I chased them up (as one does). I was told they would be with me in the next couple of days. 4 days later still nothing and now getting concerned that they might port my numbers without me having the phones so chase again . Apparently they tried to deliver the phones but they were refused - apparently they tried to deliver to registered office address not to operating address (Business subscribers beware of this!).
Number port apparently set for next day (saturday) so need phones urgently. Guy at 02 trying to sort something - meanwhile number port starts !!! so can't call any of the phones. Ring guy back and scream down phone. Eventually (4 hours later) am able to pick up phones from 02 shop and all is well - also get month rental free for inconvenience - except shop has been authorised for different phones will only give me what they have been authorised .. what have I been given ? ...3 x P990 and 1 x w950!!
Not bad for b2b 1000 account with 3 sharers and 2 x blackberry tariffs!
