Hi all im just wondering if its illegal to connect to somebody elses internet connection to use WLAN? Also can the owner get any of my details? thanks!

I think they might be able to as when i went on my itunes i found a whole libary with porn in it and it was my neighbors. Dont know weather i connected to their internet or they connected to mine but i somehow their had porno library on my itunes :S
