once in the contacts, select all or any of the contacts and then choose from the same menu Add -> SIM
and here are the official instructions:
"Copying contacts to and from a SIM card
You can copy contacts from your SIM card to Contacts, and vice versa. With the flip open, do as follows:
To copy entries from Contacts to the SIM card
1. Mark the entries in Contacts.
2. Select Contacts menu > Add to > SIM.
To copy entries from the SIM card to Contacts
1.Select Contacts folder menu > SIM, to open the SIM card.
2. Mark the entries.
3. Select SIM menu > Copy to Contacts.
With the flip closed, use the More menu instead, and follow the same procedure. To open the SIM card, select More menu > View folder > SIM.
Note: Only 3G SIM card entries can contain multiple phone numbers."

I transferred all contacts from SIM to Phone in my P910i. How can I copy these contacts to a new sim in the same phone ?

as far as I remember, on the UIQ2 models, the copy to SIM was done individually (which sucked) or using a third party application.
I am 10000 % sure this topic has been discussed in this forum b4, so do a search to find a better answer to ur question.
