As i'm living in Macau, no any services centre in here, if i want to upgrade my t68i, i have to go to Hong Kong, it's a trouble thing and not reasonable.........

You can always just send it to a Service Centre. That is, if you can live without your phone for a few days (i know i would have trouble doing so).

I send email to services centre, but just has the f**k answer, upgrade = reason is necessary, hey! guys you agree?????

Unfortunetaly this is not something that can be sent to you it would have to be done at our repair center. What is the reason you want to get the upgrade if there is no specific reason we do not recommend it.
