> k800i Keypad Tone not working

Has anyone experienced issues with the keypad tones not working even though it is set to Tone in the settings.
I have had 3 phones replaced now and they are all doing the same. If the phone is switched off and back on again it comes on but after 1-2 hours it goes off again.
Any Ideas???

It's a common problem with old R1BC firmware. Run SEUS and voila...
