I Plz help me regarding the below issue
I had K750i before 2 month ago .I was going to my college, on the way abruptly two man snatched my handset on gun point I had no option so I gave it to them. then I came back & call local SE office & my network network services provider .they asked me to provide my IMIE number so the blocked my phone .i did not want to block my phone I wanted to trace it .they said there was no software installed for locate SE sets .
Plz guys is there any system to locate SE sets, now I have W700i & more worry about this,& one more thing Nokia has established a system to locate Nokia sets

Some Police authorities can locate a handsets approximate location by calculating its distance from the masts. However, I suspect it would take a lot of manpower to do that just for one phone.
If you haven't located it then I would get it blocked asap, before they sell it on an profit from their crime.

Police can locate a phone by IMEI-number, but as so many phones get stolen, it's impossible for them, to do so. They only do it, in case of a major crime.
