Hi, I'm new around here. My play/pause button on the side of my W810 doesn't work AT ALL! I mean, with or w/o headphones, it doesn't do anything!
I flashed my phone with R4EA031 firmware...what seems to be the problem? Does it have to do with bad firmware flashing? Has anyone else experienced that?
Don''t know if it''s useful information, but I also changed menu.ml to the one with the Mac OS X icons.

reflash it with SEUS and if it says you have newest click update anyway, sometimes a reflash can help solve the problem

Still doesn't work...that's very strange. My W810 is new, I just bought it, but for 1 week I didn't even notice that button (I know, took me a long time
). Now that I decided to use it, it doesn't do anything at all.
What could be the problem?

umm i uess you should take it back or take it to the service centre, although guess you will have to pay as you have modified the menu.ml
