> P910i, can't open "contacts" folder

Hi, I just did made format/factory settings restope via Master Reset function in the pjhone...it's reboot phone and now I 'm unable to open contacts folder at all...all other shortcuts are working perfectly..but contacts folder still does not let me in...
Can anyone gimme advice what to do???
