I just wondered can we download firmware from top sony and used it on other client (like wotan/kulan).
Also can we use CID51 firmware (R1GB) to flash CID49 phone (R1ED) using PhoneXS/PhoneXC?
Finally what is the easiest/best software to flash old CID29 phone like S700. I got data cable DCU-11 and will convert it to service cable. Which flash driver do I need? Is T630 can be flash using this service cable as well?

Nesxt No you must update CID to 51 through SEUS before you can add a 51 FW, you can't add 51 FW to a CID 49 phone.

lately I've learned that they can be upgraded but not downgraded. that's what SEUS does with k800 Firmware R1GB001. there's no turning back.

Well, too bad. I still have 2 wotan credit but because of Taiwan quake my ISP seems can't get stable connection to their ftp eagle.wotanserver.com. Everything I tried to download will be drop within few secs. Kulan and topsony seems OK (download).

So it is impossible to flash R1GB firmware from topsony using phoneXS because once you upgraded your EROM CID 51 then phoneXS can't do anything to your phone, right?
