well i read a post about some1 saying that you have to change the cda when debranding to make it updateable via SEUS
well anyway i debranded from vodafone using wotan and i wondered if my CDA will enable me to upgrade via SEUS
CDA102511/2 R4A
will that enable me o upgrade to the latest generic firmware via SEUS

First, what f/w are you in now? R1GB001? If that's so, just run SEUS and after phone detection SEUS says:
---Update not needed, latest software already installed. Continue anyway?---
Then your phone is accepted by SEUS. If it says
--No update available. Your phone has the latest sofware--
Without Continue Anyway option, it means SEUS rejects the phone.

oh right yes i am usng rgb001 but my voda software used to let me update anyway via SEUS so im thinking that it could go back to vodafone when I use SEUS or it could stay generic and thats what i want to know
