> K790i Lens internally blocked

My camera lens was being blocked by 2 black plastic plates, the lower plate covered the whole lens and the upper plate had the lens hole twisted at an angle
I took the back cover apart with a screwdriver and seems to me i have to me it requires the camera to be taken apart totally
Im not sure when or how it happened but i would assume the vibrating alert cause it to loosen and dislodge
anyone experience this or help on the camera?

I wouldn't open the camera unit yourself, bit risky if you have no experience. Take it to an
service centre.
