I recently bought the bluetooth headset HBH-GV435 and cannot record a voicetag using the bluetooth microphone, hence it won't recognise the voicetags recorded using the phone.

Can i record a voicetag using the headset? If so, how?

Depends WHAT phone you have! I have a P990i and can record through the gv435.
You have to be bonded and connected of course.

my k800i is like that ... record the tag through the phone works fine
though. Oddly the "magic word" etc needs to be done through the
gv435 !!!
