Alt+PrintScreen does nothing here. Can anyone help?

If you press PrintScreen it will copy the entire desktop onto the clipboard which you can then paste into Paint or some other image program.

Pressing Alt + PrintScreen will copy onyl the active window onto the clipboard.

also if you press Alt+printscreen to capture the image
then open paint . Then press ctrl-v this will paste the image on there. Hope this helps
