i have been encountering error in debranding my k800i using the wotan client. is DaVinci any better?

am planning to enable CHINESE as a writing language on my k800i. it has the asian software i guess, it can read chinese, english, filipino, bahasa...however the only writing language option is ENGLISH.

how can i fix this problem? what firmware version?

i would really appreciate your suggestions.
