> operation failed on w850i

my new w850 has decided to be stupid and wont let me open the games or applications menu, keeps saying operation failed. grrrr ive tried the obvious like taking the battery, sim and memory out but no joy.
please help

So, K790/K800 Operation Failed bug also happens to W850. Try Wotan Server for a full-reflash.
