Hi!
I used to have a Nokia 8850 and it never used to let me select the handsfree profile if the device wasn't attached to the phone. However with the T68i you can. The problem is that my mic and speaker aren't working, and the profile keeps on changing to "port h-free" all by itself???
Is there the possiblity I messed with some settings? I never attached handsfree device with the phone (don't own one) and I have did master reset for millions of times! And there is no service point here in Malta, so please don't mention take it to your service point.

My guess is that there is a problem with the connector on your phone... The phone believes there is a port. HF attached...

Seeing as you don't want a professional to do it for you, open your phone yourself and see if the mic and/or earphone is attached properly.
