I had the firmware R7 on my Vodafone P990 facing a lot of problems like restarting,sleeping etc.. Today they send me a new one with the firmware
CXC162037 R5A006
ORGANIZER CXC162036 R3A04
Can anybody help, why they didnt put the new firmware R9

you have firmware R5.
Latest firmware is R9.
They rolled back your firmware from R7 to R5 because probably R9 is not working in your branded P990.
Maybe R5 is more stable than R7. I had R7 for few hours and it sucked big time. Noe I have R9. Much better.
