Hi everyone.

I bought a SE P990i a few months ago and I'm not very satisfied, especially because of the lack of RAM.
I'm seriously thinking about selling it in order to buy an Asus P525.
But I have the R7 firmware so I just wanted to know if the R9 firmware is really better, if the speed has been improved, and no more bugs/restarts, etc... ?

Thanks.

Try to update. After update, if you don't satisfied then sell it. R9 firmware hasn't any big problem.

@edgy - Update your P990, if NOT yet satisfied . . . SELL then BUY, but tnot the ASUS brand . . . there are OTHER nice branded-PDA fones out there . . . much much better than the - Asus one. Good Luck !

Ok I just tried to update my P990i via SEUS and it says I already have the latest firmware, which obviously I don't.
Is it because I'm from France and SE hasn't released the R9 firmware yet ?

Check if you have the latest version of SEUS.
