Can anyone help me with locating a free yet decent feature-packed photoshop program? I am not very knowledgable within this area and so really I'd be happy with what ever anyone who does this kind of thing uses, nothing too complicated. Also I don't want a trial that is too limited feature wise or has a time limit in which I can use it.
