I got open HBH-60 at http://secentral.net/forum/index.php?topic=13749.0
It maybe similar. SE headset is usually retain by clip-retainer and/or screw. I got this post here as well but seems couldn't find it now.

Go to my link at secentral. I have a batt code for it. My local batt shop got the 150mAh. Only one manufacturer (GP Battery) has it because I guess SE exclusive order only. Try to contact GP Batt suplier in your country.

I have contacted gp hellas (greece) they don't have the battery, also tried uk and they told me that they are not retailers,so that i would have to look at a retail battery store but i can't find any online shops that have this type of battery. and right now i have 2 hbh-660 and 1 hbh-200 that are in need of battery replacement but no batteries.....
if anyone has a link to an online shop that ships abroad they are welcome to send it to me. thanks

Call GP again and ask them to give you a list of distributors in your country, and call each of them. You may have to order a certain quantity, and perhaps sell some on eBay or something. That's what I did with a special battery I needed. I only had to buy 5 that time, and their prices are really low, if you know how to haggle.

I overheard the guy asked his wife, wife said $1. He told me $5. I said, "didn't someone just tell you it's $1?" Ended up paying $3. It helped that I knew the guy's language. Retail would be around $10-20, for my prismatic 500mA NiMH battery.
