hey guyz i have mp3 player in my mobile bu the problem is that it has less memory about 12mb so i need a software to compress mp3 files to 8kbps or 16kbps . so suggest me the best software for this purpose which convets without decreses the souund quality. thanks

compressing mp3 to 8kbps would be disgusting, it'll sound very very very bad. 32kbps is a reasonable format. you can try many freewares out there. i've used freerip mp3 to decrease quality to 96kbps.

sorry but it's not gonna happen. There is nothing magic about compression - you can only get so much before it's either packed solid or you have to throw away quality. There is absolutely no way around this.
You can try the AAC codec, it is 25% smaller than mp3 for the same quality and will play on your phone.
That's the best you will get.
