hi am trading in a load of games and was wondering...
i have £180 in game vouchers and was wodnering whther to get:
a wii with wii sports
or a 360 core
bearing in mind with the 360 theres supposed to be a pricedrop and its my b day in march so i could possibly get a premium with more stufff...

I reckon its pretty good value for money as it is.....
The perfect scenario would be to get both but obviously you cant stretch that far so i say 360 all the way. Wii is good fun yeah but i personally could'nt have it as my main console, online play is a must for me and xbox live is leagues ahead of whateva the wii has, and i reckon the whole way of playing with a wii would wear off FAST.
So get a 360, premium if you can definately better in the long run and works out a hell of a lot cheaper

scottt when the ps3 comes out apparently...and cant afford the premium pack atm onli the core which apparently isnt good value

MS would be nuts to drop the price of the 360 when the PS3 is gonna be alot more expensive anyway!

MS would be wise to reduce the price, the PS3 is an absolute con at £480 or whatever price it is. There have been loads of comparables of screenshots of games between 360 and ps3. To be honest, not that much difference. Xbox is nextgen, no two ways about it, might as well get one thats chaeper, and pretty much does the same thing.
Look at the psp... UMD discs, when they came out they were really expensive, now get down to your local hmv and you'll find UMD films at £5. Sony have a very bad habit of creating products that only can be used with sony products
1) Pro duo cards
2) UMD discs
3) Blu-Ray
4) Betamax
5) Minidisk
With a price tag that high on the PS3, I for one will not be buying one.

Well what would you do? get and 360 for £200 or get ps3 £400 odd when both systems (so far) have pretty much the same games. (although i very much doubt a 360 price drop till at least christmas/new year)
