To answer your question: probably No if you use SEUS and Yes (you loose all) if you use third party (kulan, wotan, DVT).

However flashing firmware may not fixed that. You need to rewrite EROM. Read the above topics. If you have CID51 EROM then try to short the connector in phone batt compartment (read one of the post and I am not responsible for this).

Depend on what they do mate. If they just reflash your EROM (they are the only one who got CID51 loader) then your data might be safe. If they decide to do complete reflash (EROM, firmware MAIN and FS, and GDFS) then all your data will be lost.
However I suspect they (service centre) will say that your data will be lost as SOP (So ppl will not angry at them if it really erased). But sometime the data will be kept (as I say depend on what they do).

Edit: have you update your firmware recently (after new year) with SEUS?

If you haven't you can try to update EROM with kulan client using kulan/kulan as login/password and try to revive your phone for free.

If you have upgrade recently then you got EROM CID51 and only two option left. 1. Try to short batt compartment connector (as told in second link above) or 2. Let service centre fix it.
