> w800i turns off sometimes

hey all, how are you guys doing?
anyways my w800i turns off whenever it receives a slight bump ( example dropping it on the table 3cm off the floor), never used to turn off like this, whenever i have it in my pockets and i jump around( via basketball) it turns off :[[ .
had the phone for approx. 9 months.
any help thanks

take the battery out and check if the battery and phones contacts are ok. maybe it's a lot of dust there

I wonder if a screw or two have worked loose and just need tightening, that could be what's causing your phone to turn off with the slightest bump.

i think this is a "normal" behavior. mine does this too(k750), if it gets fallen, the screen gets white then restart without showing the splah image. sometimes it doesnt.
