"MicroHDTV" is a mere 1.5 by 3 inches and gives out 1920x1080 resolution.
How long before we can have these in our phones?

3-5 years would be about right i think although who's to say it can't be any sooner?
we have the technology available, all we need is a brave manufacturer to piece everything together.
We have passed the Megapixel Cam stage,the next milestone is defenietly Camcorders.
