Hahaha! Have you seen the movie 'The Matrix' where Morpheus says to Neo, "You can choose the Red pill or the Blue pill..."

I think the same, but I see so many signatures 'I my ' and I don't know why. And I make this topic to ask for words: UNLOCKING, DEBRANDING, FIRMWARE, FLASHING. Thanks!

Debrand make your phone generic. For example you got vodafone branded phone. They may have custom menu/setting just for vodafone network (different from generic). Debranding make your menu/setting the same like other generic phone that you buy at SE shop.
Flashing is a process of updating/rewriting firmware
Here is nice SE technical term by Louis*Cyphre:

Pro's and Con's of Debranding:
Pro's
Remove Neywork logos
Remove Network specific menu icons
Remove shortcuts to Network Features such as Vodafone Live!
Enable your phone to be used with SIM card from another network or another country.
Enable features which your Network doesn't want you to have for free, such as MP3 ringtones made from your own CD's instead of buying them from your Network Provider.
Allow your phone to be what

intended it to be, not a revenue and advertising source for your Network Provider.
Con's
Removes your networks internet settings from the phone, so that you can't browse or use MMS or 3G. Your network may not give you back the settings, or charge you a fee for them.
Voids your Network and Manufacturer's Warranties.
Puts you off-side with your Network Provider.
