Hi lads
I've just downloaded the wotan client to flash my k800 but its giving me issues. This is the message i get
WotanClient 0.9.980
RUNNING UPDATE
FTP: connecting to server eagle.wotanserver.com
FTP: connecting to server
error no.: #12163
FTP: FAILED
you should check your internet connection
see wotan.log for more info
UPDATE FAILED
UPDATE: can't open data file
"version/wotan_info.txt": No such file or directory
UPDATE FAILED
My internet connection is perfectly fine, i have no firewalls or anything blocking acces. Its supposed to connect to european ftp. I've bought my credits already and inputed them in. I thought something was wrong with my connection, but i manually connected to the ftp using my browser and everything is fine. Any help guys, is there a prblem with the client, or is it me.

that happens to me all the time also. i just kept on trying until i was able to connect to wotan's very unrealiable server....
i opened a ticket saying that it was done... but no reply... they even deleted my ticket.... what service.. after you've bought an account... the they provide such crappy service... they should be decent enough to answer the ticket rather than just close it without notice.

Delete all folders created before, download the client again, put it in a separate folder, and see what happens.

what kind of folders, all i ever did was download the client and a wotan log was automatically created when i failed to connect to the server. Am i supposed to put the client in a folder?
