I have installed the new FW R9. Since then, I can not send MMS messages. Configuration is OK according to my provider (Movistar), but I always receive an error message, and the MMS is not sent.
Reception is OK.

What you describe is a known issue of the latest firmware on at least the P990 and M600. I've tested it on both phones and it was reproducable on my network.
What happens is that sent MMS-messages don't dissappear from the Out-box and will be sent many times over. After the first attempt, the message has been sent successfully, but isn't moved to the 'Sent' box. You have to move the message there manually.
I'm not sure it's entirely the firmwares fault or that it has also something to do with the configuration of the MMSC of your provider. I haven't found that out yet. Someone else?

mathios, after installation of new R9 P990 does not receive the settings. My wife has another P990i with R7, we use the same provider, and the settings are received by her P990, but not by mine. On the other hand, I am using the same settings used before the installation of R9. So, I have two problems: 1) The settings are not received from the SE web, and 2) MMS are not sent using the same settings and the same everithing than before installation of R9.
DocTorpor, the MMS is not sent, it is in the outbox and it is not sent, and there is an error code: "Check your settings MMS/Internet - Code 7361", but, as I have explained above, I am using exactly the same settings than two days ago, before R9 upgrade.

I don't understand this,after my upgrade to R9 i went to the se site and my settings got received right away and my mms get sent and received normally.

What i did was going to my mobile provider, and there was a option to get the setting send to my p990
