> Problem with remote connection with w810i

Hello all,
I looked for this issue in the previous messages but I couldnt find anything. So here is my problem.
Basically, I can connect my phone to my laptop using BT. I can send files etc in each way. However, when I try to use remote connecting to my laptop and using any of the three pre-installed SE programs in order to control media player, desktop or presentation, I encounter a problem.
While it says connecting, after my selection of which device to connect and use, all of a sudden it says "BT connection failed. Check BT setings on other device: BT on, device visible, device in range". But as I said ealier, the device is in range, visible and BT is on.
So what is the problem in here? What do I have to do in order to use remote control?

Entertainment > Remote control > scroll to desktop > press more > Select Device > then select your computer and it should work

that is the reason i am writing this post buddy, it does not work... something is wrong but I cannot figure it out by myself...
