Hi!

Would the transfer rate increase noticeable if I change from my dcu-60 to a real card adapter like the ones sandisk offers?

Yes, indeed! Its alot faster. Transfered 1GB yesterday, which took about 1,5h. After I bought the card reader the same amount transfers in only like 5min or so!

Thanks alot!

Yup, it'll definitely be faster, and I'm using one myself. I'd recommend getting a card adaptor, especially for higher capacity memory cards.

Definately the card. Even in "file transfer" mode the speed is slower compared to the card.

I have never actually used the DCU-60 that came with my K800i as I have a memory card reader. I use bluetooth to sync with outlook etc.
