The numbering is getting complicated. The K-variant of the W810 is in fact the K550, however based on the looks that would be the W610. The K-brother of the W810 is not the k810, there's none as for now.

Until sometime ago I somehow had a clear picture of the SE phones lineup.
Introduction of so many W,K and J series put into some trouble.
I tend to confuse them.
But, lets say:
W - Walkman series
K - Cybershot series
J - low end series
P - high end series
Z - fashion series
I think that is all.

Remember the W800 and K750, they are the "twins" W and K series but different numbering.

Apparently SE have now simplified the whole thing: If it's got the Walkman logo then it's a W. If the Cybershot logo, then it's a K.
Also: W series will always have a touch of orange, either as a little accent or as a predominant color. K series, a more discreet silver or black, and now white (K550).
Body shape & key design are interchangeable bet. K & J...
