what sence does the fast port make. Its not like you can use the flash MX blah blah blah or charge the phone and listen to your music at the same time. its the same as the old connector port.

Actually, the fastport connector was used so that the phone could have better transfer rates compared to the older connector.
And if you either use the CST-75 or the CLA-60, you'll see that you could charge the phone and still use a fastport accessory.
Making two different posts about the same subject doesn't seem like a lot of sense either.

haha! Yes fastport is "faster" than the old connector (what doesn't make sense about that??)
btw, you can certainly charge phone, listen to music AND transfer data all at once.
