I subscribed to their free 30 day trial last week. The first time I tried it, it connected fine and could access all channels. Quality not great, video/audio out of sync but at least audio is constant (good for news channels).
For the past few days I couldn't connect at all! For £10 a month, I'd expect the service to at least work.

Anyone experienced this?

I have this problem sometimes, it connects fine at times and works a treat and then sometimes it does not connect at all. i think its a 3g issue.
Mine is free for 6 months.

Ah ok, thanks. I was tempted to subscribe after the trial but I don't think it's worth it as it's hit and miss.

To be honest, i don't use it that much. only if its necessary.
Quality is not all that good and audio sync is poor.

i like having the news handy if i want to check summit but i just cut it back to the news only pack as the out of sync audio was gettin annoying and if u dont come out a video in a certain way u cant get back nto the vid. it says summit about could not connect do u want to try again or not.

I had the same problem. Even though I always had a full signal and 3G connection (live and work right in the centre of a city) it was hit and miss whether it would connect to the video service. All the other services worked great!

I wasn't too bothered though. I had 2 months free of the music channels and the quality was pretty s**t )

yes you have to have a good 3g signal and no interference...

i'd advise people to try it out in the places they would use it most first

@MrO-Uk, i agree it does come handy at times when you want to catch up with the news etc. But when it looses connection it really p's me off.
