> Horrible image quality on my K800i phone

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with my K800. I tried all the settings and can't seem to take a picture that is not blurry. Before I had a W800i, which has a 2MP camera and its pictures were much more clear. Below is a sample photo I just took, at a point-blank range. Just look at the VCR in the background! All the photos come out this blurry....

Im assuming the lense is clean with no dust etc around it?
If you've tried ALL the settings then might have to go back to shop, pictures shouldnt be that quality on the K800, looks more like photos taken with my W850i

the capture button clicks in twice, once to focus, then push further to take photo. Make sure you let it focus, phone should make a noise when its focused, or the little square in middle of screen will go green.

Yup that is the key to let if focus, just like a digicam. Press the button half way down until the light is steady, then press it all the way down.

Jedi is that definally how it works on the K800? I know my old W800 worked that way but the couple of times I used my friends K800 i pressed the button once and it seemed to do the focus itself. I may be wrong tho I was a little drunk

Man, it's definately out of focus. On K750 you can also push all the way down in one go, and looking at the screen makes a feeling it has done autofocus, but the focus square hasn't gone green. You can verify this with the EXIF info, wich shows the distance range as "close view" wich can be either of two things:
- macro setting was on
- object is not focused
I suggest the same thing as jedi-master, to take the pic following the two step focus system

Yup, I tried to give it 1 or 2 seconds to focus until the square is green and then firmly press the button. This doesn't help at all, it focusing but then the photo still comes out blurry. Could my camera be defective? Do other people with K800i have higher quality? Here is another example, you can't even see people's faces:
