i have a t68i on orange contract the only fault so far is it is a little slow, my 8310 was very fast no little egg timer every time you press a button.
Now on my phone i had about 60 pre installed pictures most of which i know i`ll never use, if i delete most of these off and include my sample MMS messages will this make my phone any faster.Is there anyway to find out how much free space i have on my phone, or how much i have used up for that matter, i`m assuming that its like a small hard drive inside the phone

It shouldn't make it any faster.
You can check how much memory you're using by going to My Pictures and pressing the options button, and select Memory status.

when u have a lot of animated gifs on ur phone, access time is slowed down a bit. i suggest u save only one screensaver then delete it if u want to replace it (make a backup).
