hi all
I have set up my SSID and that works but the phone says unable to connect ... that because I have to give in the encryption key ... but where can I find that?

on ur phone, open the WLan and do a scan. Once you find ur SSID, select connect and folow the steps. The last step will ask you to enter the WEP key.

Don't use WEP. Use WPA or WPA2. WEP is crap.

Yes. It is much less secure than WPA and much, much less secure than WPA2. Do a Google search. The info makes for interesting reading.
