> K790 "New Events" bug

My K790 is with R1CG001 firmware installed and I noticed something odd. The "New Events" at Configuration|General option simply does not appear! That is, I can't manage this configuration. And more: the pop-up menu calls my operator site!
I conctacted SE here in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and it says thats a software problem (of course). But I just teste another K790 with same firmware that does not have this bug.
My phone was bought whit no operator brand associated.
Does any one know something about this bug?
