Anyone know of a way to force the K790 to hyphenate phone numbers? I hate having incoming numbers as one long string.

It's a readability thing for me. Makes it a lot easier to remember numbers, seperate the area code, etc.

i get your point, but its easier on that way ( and better ) or the operator systems. for example all my nrs are stored in international format, so if i am abroad, i can call wihtout any special settings

For readability I enter my phone#'s 000.000.0000 format with a dot in between sections into my contact, but as you said, when thevincoming number is displayed, it is one string. That is ok, because ppl inmy contact list show up with name and pic. I am not worried about the other few callers.

I don't understand why they don't have a view option to change the way they display in the manner that's customary where ever the phone happens to be, North America, EU, Asia or otherwise. It's all just string parsing, and it's the only phone I've ever had that handles numbers this way. To be honest, it's the only thing about the phone that really bugs me.
