Hi

I have a new P990i (which is great, by the way!) but just have a question about the Music Player and swapping Memory Sticks.

I have 2x1Gb MS Duo cards with music on them. If I swap them around from time to time, do I have to do a full update in the Music Player settings panel every time I swap cards in order for the phone to pick up that the tracks have changed, or is there a quicker way of doing it? Seems rather annoying.

Thanks

as far as i am aware mate you will only have to update once as the music player will still show the tracks even when the card is removed you just wont be able to play them because the player wont be able to find them.

Hope this helps!

Just realised you will lose the previous tracks when you do a full update! ahhhhh i appreciate your dilema!!

I think you're stuck mate, you'll have to update each time you swap sticks. It may be a pain in the arse, but I don't think there's any way around it.

Thanks guys, didn't think there was an easy way of doing it. Guess I will just have to get a bigger memory card! (Those 4Gb ones look tempting...!)

Cheers.

If you look on Amazon, the prices are dropping on a daily basis!
