> Dust under K800i screen

I have noticed when i took my K800i outside in the garden the other day to take pictures of the snow we had its got a large amount of dust under the screen. I can only see this outside or if a bright light is shone on the phone. Has anyone else had this. I aint happy as whenever i get a SE or a Nokia even if they dont have removeable covers dust still gets inside. It spoils the phone. Why dont they seal the screens properly. Think i will go and buy a dust and splash proof Nokia 5500. Mind you saying that nothing has got inside my 6233 screen. YET. Sigh.

sadly at the lack of the rubber ring at the joy is a way for dust in to the fone. just let it clean in a service, its for free, if u have warranty

How did you manage that on a K800, K750 it used to hapen, but the K800 is up against the outascreen.

I know tell me about it. I really look after my mobile phones and i am always keeping them clean. I know the screen on the K800i is much closer to the outer screen than on previous SE phones but its not completely there so i guess it can still get in somehow. My friends one had a bit of white dust behind his screen when he bought it. Not very good.

how can the dust get in from the joystick? i'm sure you lot have seen the construction of the k800 joystick, and the rubber 'structure' surrounding it. supposedly that seals not only the joystick, but i would think the screen as well. but how on earth did the dust get in there?
