well for my w950i ive done:

v10 engine
twin turbo
nos
intercooler
18inch OZ racing wheels
Recaro seats
Work bodykit
full Alpine stereo.... kidding

all ive done for my w950 is purchase a hbh-ds970 for it, and a screen protector

buying accessories dont mean you've modified yer mobile. if buying accessories counts as modifying a phone, so i've modded mine buying a hpm-70, mspd and a silicone cover.

on my K750i i have done the following:

Changed the middle of the housing into an orange w800i one...
Replaced the silver front and back with a black front and back...
Have replaced the boring white key lights with mulitcoloured lights like a rainbow!...
Cam drivers...
audio drivers...
customer icons...

On my 8800 Special Edition i have done the following...
Had the back laser marked with a Manga design...
