is there a way to make bluetooth alert WITH SOUND when receiving something?

I am not sure what u r looking for, but I have the HBH-610a and when someone rings me, I get the voice dial , and also the personal ring associated with that contact.
Now, if I am getting a voice mail, or call waiting, i am just getting beeps, which make sense. I mean, while in a call, u wouldn't wanna have the phone start singing over the other party's voice...would you?
and i had nothing to do with these settings. these are just out of the box. If you ask how to configure these, I don't think this can be done though.

I mean that when you receive any item lets say video for example from any mobile through Bluetooth you'll not hear any alert telling you that there is an incoming item like in K700i
