> Vodafone UK customers - High Bill?
Bookmark topic
Just a warning as this may have happened to you. I've got £26 worth of data (SMS included) this month in my bill which is billed in error as there has been a problem with texts that should be included in my free texts being charged. if you bill is higher than expected it's worth checking. I was told its happened to a few people.

Looking at mine it seems to be from about the 10th Jan onwards. Some have a tick showing as included but the text is charged.

Well I'm hoping they sort mine before they take any money. I wont be happy if they just take the cash knowing my bill is wrong. I'll phone VF a few days before my DD is due to go out and if it's still not correct I'll cancel the DD.

You will probably be charged by your bank for cancelling the DD, and possibly Vodafone for not paying the bill on time.
Hopefully they'll sort it out when you ring CS though.

They have screwed up on many bills confirmed by some friends of mine.
They don't usually do this but this time it's a mess. They've been charged for text messages and purchases like vodafone live! which they don't use!!!

As I say I'll speak to them first and inform them that I'll not be happy if they take the money knowing they've made a mistake. I'd rather take the back charge out of principle than let VF use me as a back to borrow money from.
I'm glad others have checked and seen the error. the more pressure the quiker it will be sorted.
