qipit seems like a really usefull application and i was thinking of installing it,before doing so i just wanted to know if anyone has it or is currently useing it right now?

Just registered, not so impressed with the results though... I need to try higher res pics (I tried sending a default resize and an 800x600 and the results were poor)

I tried qipit service couple of days before. I've captured a image, from my desktop screen with text (pdf document). I thought that qipit will recognize the text in the image (called OCR), and create high quality pdf doc, but it did't.

Here is the pic, that I've sent to qipit


Seems like esato, has reduced this image's quality, original looks better.

And these two, are the pages from pdf doc, that I'v received from qipit

I don't know a reason for using pdf file that contains only images (and one additional image) with no text (it is not possible to select text and copy for examle), instead of a jpg file that has higher quality.

I see not much extra value compared to taking a picture, store it in the phone and do the same kind of work on it afterwards (more contrast etc.)
SoonR is more interesting as service...
