Hi all,
Well this guy is the first person so far out of all the reviews to not like the E90 and some of his comments really make no sense other than he slates the P990 and M600 more than even i do.

As to this Moto being a killer device I've heard this many times before Moto's Linux based smart phones vanished without a trace. Any one remember i think it was the MPX220 with the clever keyboard that changed orientation depending on how it was opened as a flip or in Laptop/Landscape mode i never got to see one of those in the flesh either.

How long ago did Moto announce the Q the alleged Blackberry and E61 killer i believe even in the states there are very few of these around and no rave reviews either and the European launch has been delayed more times and is running later than even the fabled P990 and it's eventual release. To be blunt i will believe it when i see it Moto have a habit of announcing ground breaking devices that either really disappoint or worse still never see the light of day.

Marc,

I believe that orientation keypad from Portrait to Landscape device is the Motorola MPx (MPX-300 in Europe) was what you're referring to. It was a great design but with only 32MB or RAM & ROM it was pathetic & at over $1000 US it was insulting!

The Motorola Q was announced 4months before the E61 was. The next Q called the Q9 is also just as disappointing as no WiFi on board.

This link shows how pathetic this columnist is, frankly, and shouldn't have a job like this. Still it was entertaining.

Motorola only cares deeply about the market in the USA with CDMA carriers. That's why the CDMA Moto Q's been out for over a year there

Hi Prom 1
Yeah that was the one and at first site did look very promising, and alrodlop35 i totally agree that is where Motorola's priorities lay as i tried to point out earlier to Ares in another thread. Who knows maybe this time Moto will actually deliver a killer device i mean anything is possible but history would suggest otherwise IMO.
